EECP is not new

EECP has been around since 1950. It was invented at Harvard University and perfected over the years. The Chinese took EECP technology and perfected it as the West moved towards open heart surgery and Angioplasty.

Thousands of articles and clinical studies on EECP have been published in leading cardiology journals, all supporting the treatment's safety and effectiveness.

The Effectiveness of EECP

  • EECP significantly improves or completely eliminates their symptoms.
  • EECP significantly increases patient stamina, exercise tolerance and quality of life.
  • EECP reduces and or eliminates patient use of nitroglycerin, blood pressure medication and other drugs.
  • EECP patients experience these benefits for as long as 3-6 years as shown on stress thallium test that illustrate the improved blood flow to the heart muscle.
  • EECP patients are much less likely than Bypass and Angioplasty patients to go to the emergency room or require hospital stays as well as undergoing additional surgical procedures.
  • EECP patients do just as well if not better 5 years after having bypass and angioplasty.
