About Primary Heart Care

John William Hinchcliff

Our company's Founder and President John William Hinchcliff, is a man incredibly committed to improving life in under-served communities who absorbed great personal and professional risks to launch Primary Heart Care and realize his aspirations. A former professional football player and Commonwealth Games participant he has spent his life pursuing excellence in all endeavors. The brain child of the PHC proprietary Advanced Nutritional Treatment he brings invaluable and advanced nutritional expertise to PHC's treatment protocol.

Howard Dell

Primary Heart Cares Clinical Director and Treatment specialist is Canadian born Howard Dell. He has 10 years experience with EECP, thanks to Global Cardio Care ( the leading EECP treatment Center in the World). A qualified nutritional microscopist and member of the American Society of Microscopy. A registered member of the International ECP Therapists Association A member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants and the International Fitness Association Nutritional Certification, he was for 15 years the sport specific strength and conditioning coach and nutritional advisor for many Olympic and professional athletes. A former professional football player and Olympic athlete, he has logged 1000's of treatment hours and is the leading authority on EECP therapy here in New Zealand and Australia.
